New Movements ~ Same Sun Style Tai Chi
This
ten week course is designed to build strength, improve balance
and better overall health. Learn Qigong breathing techniques
and the four Postures to enhance your health and mental relaxation.
The Sun Style is characterized by agile steps and slow gentle
movements. Having incorporated the essence of two other internal
martial arts, Sun Style contains unique and powerful Qigong that
is especially effective for relaxation and health. Wear comfortable
clothing and flat soled shoes or socks with grips.

Beginners Belly Dancing (NEW)
In this 8 week course you will learn the basics of Belly dancing.
This course will help you become a Delightful Dancer-even if
you have no dance experience of any kind! This class is for anyone
who is able to rise up from and sit down on the floor independently.
