Finance for Non-Financial Managers
(Basic Fundamentals)

If you don’t have training in finance, you may be at a disadvantage at the management table.  This introductory course will help you understanding the cycle of finance, and recognize your role in helping your company reach their financial goals. 

Is the Customer really “Always Right” - Two Day Customer Service Training

Option One - Dates: October 21, 22, 2008
Time: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Option Two - Dates: October 27, 28, 2008
Time:  8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m

Join us for this two day eight our training in customer service. On day one we will focus on phone etiquette, and face to face customer service. On day two we will get in depth about what it takes to truly provide exceptional customer service. We will cover many general areas.

Supervisory Certificate Training

This certification is designed for the person who wants to move into a supervisory role or who is currently in a supervisory role.  The certification consists of 28 hours of class plus small “home work” assignments that must be completed between classes.

Course 1: Effective Communication
(8 hours)

Cost:  $250

Communication is key to success in all supervisory roles. Through self-assessments, learn your communication style and how to “read” the communication style of those you supervise and your boss. Determine your listening score, and how to become a better listener.

Course 2: Being the Supervisor
(8 hours)

Nov. 6th, 11, 2008
Time: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Cost: $130

Everyone has their own thoughts about what a supervisor is and does. Identify the responsibilities and expectations of a supervisor in your job setting.

Course 3:  Managing Employees
(12 hours)

 November 13, 18, 20, 25, 2008
Time: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Cost: $188

As a supervisor, you are constantly required to ensure that others know their jobs and can perform them effectively.  It is important to understand how to effectively train your employees.
