Join us for this two day eight our training in customer service.
On day one we will focus on phone etiquette, and face to face
customer service. On day two we will get in depth about what
it takes to truly provide exceptional customer service. We will
cover many general areas.
Supervisory Certificate Training
This certification is designed for the person who wants to move
into a supervisory role or who is currently in a supervisory
role. The certification consists of 28 hours of class
plus small “home work” assignments that must be
completed between classes.
Course 1: Effective Communication

Communication is key to success in all supervisory roles. Through
self-assessments, learn your communication style and how to “read” the
communication style of those you supervise and your boss. Determine
your listening score, and how to become a better listener.
Course 2: Being the Supervisor

Everyone has their own thoughts about what a supervisor is and
does. Identify the responsibilities and expectations of a supervisor
in your job setting.
